Any donation or contribution made to HMCS is tax deductible. Donations are placed in a general fund to help support school programs.
Make a donation to Hermosa School that costs you nothing
The State of Arizona, by statute, allows donations of up to $400 (for those married, filing jointly) and $200 (for individual filings).
When your state tax credit donations are given to a public or charter school, the amount can be deducted dollar for dollar against tax due on your Arizona state tax return.
Additionally you may be able to deduct the donation on schedule A of your federal tax return.
Hermosa uses these tax credit donation funds for extracurricular activities such as field trips, music, art, physical education, middle school electives and more! All donations must be received by Dec. 31 of each calendar year.
Many employers will match our charitable contributions and tax credit donations. Please check with your employer to see if they have a matching donations program
Donations of any amount are accepted! Anyone can give! Parents, relatives, friends and employers!
